I'm back on track.
I know it is kind of boring and hard to read about someone moving up and down and more or less maintaining. It is a lot more exciting to read about the big losses and success.
Believe me, I would much rather have the big losses. But right now I'm just kind of getting used to this weight before I try really hard to lose the next 15-20 pounds. A few weeks of small losses will be OK with me.

Hello - I just found your blog looking for HMR "recipes". I started the program (medically supervised 800 cal) 2 weeks ago. I go tonight for my second weigh-in/dr appt/class. I lost 7.8 pounds the first week, but I'm sure much of thatwas water. I have about 150 pounds to lose.
I'm looking forward to reading all of your past blog entries later tonight after I put my kids to bed!

Congrats on your success and perserverence. I know how tough it is and agree completely about Weight watchers and other plans being too slow.
